 22. Chapter: On Good Counsel

Allah says, “The believers are brothers,” (49:10). And He reports about Prophet Nuh (peace be upon him), “I am giving you good counsel,” (7:62) and about Hud (peace be upon him), “I am of sincere concern for  you.” (7:68)

181. Tamim al-Dari (Allah be pleased with him) reported the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “The religion is sincere concern (nasiha).” They asked, “For whom?” The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “For Allah, His Book, His Messenger, the leaders of the Muslims and their generality.”

182. Jarir (Allah be pleased with him) said, “I gave allegiance to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on the basis of performing the prayer, paying the zakat and being of sincere counsel to every Muslim.” http://www.unl.edu/dpilson/flower1.jpg
