We live in a world of online relationships, where face-to-face interactions are harder than they used to be. It’s also harder to get love and attention when you need it. We know that the Prophet, Allah bless him and give him peace, made an effort to listen to each and every person around him. He did this so well, that everyone thought that they were his favourite person.
This Ramadan, make an effort to listen attentively to someone speaking to you. Go beyond simply hearing and really listen; read between the lines, and make them feel special.
