Ustadh Amjad Tarsin continues to look at the chapter in Imam Haddad’s Book of Assistance on following the sunna. In this episode, he discusses the importance of following the sunna, and gives a recap of the sunnas related to one’s clothing, speech, walking, sitting, sleep, eating and drinking, and sexual relations. Next, Ustadh Amjad completes the chapter with discussions on whether to marry or devote oneself to worship, the etiquettes of using the toilet (and why we follow the sunna even there) and other proprieties related to hygiene, such as the adab of sneezing and covering vessels before sleep.
